  • Customized Orders: Processed within 4-5 business days after payment confirmation. Each order is carefully crafted to meet your specifications.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:

    • Standard Shipping: 15-20 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (additional fee applies)
  • Canada, Australia, and New Zealand:
    • Standard Shipping: 15-25 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days (additional fee applies)
  • Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.):
    • Standard Shipping: 15-30 business days

Order Delays

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays like Christmas or Valentine’s Day, processing and shipping times may be extended.
  • Customs Delays: International orders may face delays due to customs inspections.
  • Proof Approval: Once your custom bobblehead’s face sculpt is complete, we’ll send a proof for review. Please confirm or request changes within 24 hours to avoid delays. Excessive revisions may extend production time and incur additional charges.

Order Changes

  • Modifications: Changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, production begins, and modifications may not be possible.
  • Order Cancellation：To cancel your order, notify us within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this period, production begins, and cancellations may not be possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your shipment directly on our website.
