Return & Refund Policy

At Get Bobblehead, all products are custom-made to your specifications, which means they cannot be resold. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we enforce the following policy, we only accept a returns or free exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged/Wrong Items: The item arrived broken, wrongly or defective.
  • Lost in Transit: The order never reached you due to shipping issues.

Important Notes: 30% Restocking Fee Policy

  • When Does the 30% Fee Apply?

A 30% restocking fee will apply to returns for reasons such as:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Dissatisfaction with design (if not due to our error)
  3. Incorrect sizing or color (if not due to our error)
  4. Ordered by mistake
  • What Does the Fee Cover?

The 30% fee helps offset costs associated with:

  1. Customization labor (design, sculpting, and hand-painting).
  2. Material waste (unusable components from personalized orders).
  3. Restocking efforts (inspection, repackaging, and administrative work).

Example Calculation

  • Order Total: $200
  • Restocking Fee (30%): $60
  • Refund Amount: $140

Important Notes

  • Return Approval Required: Contact us at Hello@getbobblehead.com before returning any item. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
  • Damaged/Lost Orders: No fee applies for returns due to shipping damage, wrong item or lost packages.
  • EU Compliance: Custom items are exempt from the EU’s 14-day cooling-off period.

How to Avoid the Fee

  • Review Proof Carefully: Confirm your design proof within 24 hours to ensure accuracy.
  • Ask Questions: Contact us before ordering if you’re unsure about sizing, colors, or design details.

How to Request a Return or a Free Exchange

For Damaged Items:

  1. Contact us at Hello@getbobblehead.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos/video of the damaged product and packaging.
  3. If approved, we’ll send a free return label and process a replacement or refund.

For Lost Orders:

  1. Contact us if your tracking shows the item as "lost" or undelivered.
  2. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
  3. If unresolved, we’ll reship your order or issue a refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us First: Email Hello@getbobblehead.com or Request a return.
  2. Approval Required: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for non-qualifying returns.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

European Union Compliance

Under EU law, custom-made/personalized items are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period. Returns are only accepted for damaged or lost items.
